BIG PICTURE

SWISS needs around 100 new pilots every year, and they prefer to train them themselves. The problem: Less and less people want to become pilots these days. Not only has the profession lost much of its appeal in recent decades, but young people in particular also have some false preconceptions about the requirements and everyday job of a pilot that prevent them from persuing this career.

CREATIVITY

We adressed young people with what they know best: their own talents. In four films, young people recommend each other to become pilots based on an existing, only seemingly completely irrelevant, talent. Numerous other measures also make it clear that many talents can pave the way into the cockpit. With resounding success: registrations for pilot training increased by over 160%.
